
完全理解為什麼店家推薦這隻白酒,畢竟ULV以發酵北歐菜為主打,搭配的幾道海鮮都不是果味酸味為主的醬汁而是更帶有醬味跟釀造味厚重口味,如果配上NZ的Sauvignon Blanc這種輕酒體可能會被淹沒,感覺如果用Rose應該也會很適合。如果自己煮菜搭這隻酒的話,感覺味增魚、西京燒或是三杯中卷都會是好主意!
